Purchasing Tickets

All tickets for PayPal Melbourne Fashion Festival events can be purchased online via our authorised ticket seller, Ticketmaster. Visit the full 2024 programme on our website here and click the ‘buy tickets’ button in the individual event listings to be directed to the Ticketmaster booking page.  

Some tickets will be available online on the day and right up until the event start time, subject to availability. However, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment as events will sell out. 

We strongly recommend only purchasing legitimate tickets to avoid not being granted entry with invalid/fraudulent tickets.

Once purchased, if you haven’t received your ticket by email, please contact Ticketmaster.

Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on tickets, except where the session has been cancelled, re-scheduled, significantly relocated, required by law. For more information, see our ticketing terms and conditions. Latecomers will not be admitted or offered a refund.

Accessibility

We make every effort to ensure that our events are as accessible as possible for all members of our community. Please check the event listing for specific details about that event. You can view the full online program here.

Children

Children are welcome to attend Festival events. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We strongly recommend audio coverings or noise cancelling headphones be worn by children as the event noise level will be greater than 91 dB.
