PURCHASING TICKETS

All tickets for PayPal Melbourne Fashion Festival 2026 events can be purchased online via our authorised ticket seller, Ticketmaster. Some tickets will be available online right up until the event start time, subject to availability. However, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment as events will sell out.

We strongly recommend only purchasing legitimate tickets to avoid not being granted entry with invalid/fraudulent tickets. 

Once purchased, if you haven’t received your ticket by email, please submit a help request with Ticketmaster here.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on tickets, except where the session has been cancelled, re-scheduled, significantly relocated, required by law. For more information, see our ticketing terms and conditions below. Latecomers will not be admitted or offered a refund.

ACCESSIBILITY

We make every effort to ensure that our events are as accessible as possible for all members of our community. Please check each event listing for specific details about that event.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome to attend Festival events. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We strongly recommend audio coverings or noise cancelling headphones be worn by children as the event noise level will be greater than 91 dB. 

GROUP TICKETS

Elevate your Festival experience with our exclusive hospitality packages, designed to provide a seamless hosting experience for larger groups of 10-120 guests. If you are interested in purchasing tickets for groups of 10 guests or more, please reach out to us at vippackages@mff.com.au

TICKET FAQs

  • Tickets to our Premium Runways range from $69 - $179 depending on the specific runway or seating row.

    Tickets to wider events in our 2025 Programme differ in price, please check the individual event listings for price details via our online programme here.

  • Patrons can purchase up to 10 tickets in one session per transaction. If you would like to purchase more than 10 tickets, please send us an email or phone us on +61 3 9654 5599.

  • We advise all Festival attendees to accurately name their tickets, as you may be asked for a form of identification upon arrival and entry to some events.

  • To change the name on your ticket please submit a help request with Ticketmaster here.

  • Please ensure that you bring a form of identification, as you may be asked upon entry into the event. Failure to provide a valid form of identification may result in decline of entry.

  • Yes, you must sit in your assigned seat for the entirety of the event you are attending unless prohibited by injury, sickness, or exceptional circumstances.

  • To change the name on your ticket please submit a help request with Ticketmaster here.

  • We do release more tickets between now and the Festival, however this is pending availability and not guaranteed. Please keep an eye on our Festival Instagram for news on our latest releases. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment as events will sell out.

  • No food or beverage is included with your Premium Runway ticket. However, your Premium Runway ticket provides free access to our Fashion Forecourt directly outside the Royal Exhibition Building where the runways take place. Within the Fashion Forecourt a range of food and beverage options are available for patrons to purchase from multiple bars and stations.

  • All events take place inside and are equipped for all weather conditions. The Fashion Forecourt area outside the Royal Exhibition Building is equipped for heat and wet weather conditions with shelter, shade, and food and beverages available to purchase.
