STONEYRIDGE DIRECTED BY HOLLY RENEE NORMOYLE

Student of RMIT University Melbourne where she is graduating from a Bachelor of Fashion Design, Holly Normoyle explores the concept of ‘Australian’ fashion through materiality and draws upon her lived experience having grown up with access to her family farm.

Holly’s family has been farming and nurturing the land for 163 years and her mission was to weave this narrative into a tangible medium of clothing and moving image.

Growing up on the outskirts of Bendigo, Victoria, Holly re-located to Melbourne to study her Bachelor and begin her career within the Fashion Industry. She currently works within the industry as a Client Advisor at Giorgio Armani, Melbourne. She also works casually as a ‘Design Assistant’ at local Melbourne label Van Der Kooij. While her pursuits and goals keeps her busy, she loves to come back home to see her supportive family and help on the farm.
